We are a family-run business, our doors opening in 2020. But our crepe-making days started long before that. Buni Nutsi, a Romanian refugee who came to America in 1990, gave us the gift of life and, more importantly, perfect crepes.
When you come in, you will be greeted by Sandra, the chosen heir to Buni Nutsi's recipe. At her discretion alone do other crepe-artisans join the team. She loves Kansas City and is proud to call it her home, yet there was something it was lacking.
Perfect Crepes. So confident in our crepes are we, that we named the business Crepe KC. The premiere and utmost example of what can be done with a crepe, the pinnacle in crepe-craft, by a true Kansas City-ite. Please come enjoy it with us!

We strive to make our crepes with the freshest ingredients, to work with local farmers, and to serve coffee only roasted here in KC.
But ingredients are only part of it. We have a small, dedicated team of hand-selected crepe artisans.
Our hours are limited due to the level of quality we need to maintain. We are looking to extend those hours as we find local talent in the area of Gladstone and North Kansas City. If you are interested in joining, come on in and have a chat with Sandra (middle), the owner.
